Read the article:

Most Expensive Bed

This past summer’s Millionaire Fair in Kortrijk, Belgium saw the debut of a magnetic floating bed that pretty much takes the cake for the coolest bed in the world, and the most expensive. Regular, conventional beds and mattresses aren’t seeing a lot of changes to their technology and structure these days, that’s where Dutch architect Janjaap Ruijssenaars comes in. The goal in his project was to make a usable artifact that doesn’t employ the standard laws of gravity, but another force to convey its image, like magnetism.

Ruijssenaars reportedly worked on the technology for the most expensive bed for six years in collaboration with Bakker Magnetics. Permanent opposing industrial-strength magnets allow the bed to float around 40cm off the floor and can hold 900kg. This visually pleasing technology could also be applied to other areas in home decor like coffee tables, sofas, and Japanese dining tables. How cool would it be to eat sushi and drink sake off a floating table?

world's most expensive bed

The price of the most expensive bed (for the full-size unit) will run you EU€1,200,000 ($1.6 million US) and the smaller unit, one fifth of the full size costs EU€115,000 ($153,000US). If you are a millionaire and simply must have this eye-catching bed, the people at Universe Architecture would be happy to make it happen for you.

I hope i could take a look at it.
